Discover my group sessions

These sessions cover various aspects of overall health and are tailored to the group’s needs. Here are a few examples of topics I’ve covered in group sessions:

  • Our relationship with technology

  • Our level of commitment

  • The quality of our sleep

  • Our level of physical activity and sport

  • The importance of non-verbal communication

This list is not exhaustive. I am open to adapting the themes of the sessions to the needs of the participants.

Session details

  • Groups of a maximum of 12 people to encourage exchanges and maximize the impact of discussions.

  • Allow between 90 and 120 minutes, depending on the level and number of participants.

    • Interpersonal knowledge: Getting to know each other on a more personal basis, according to each person's comfort level.

    • Appreciation of realities: Better understanding of members' different realities to improve collaboration.

    • Self-awareness: Become aware of your current position in relation to your personal goals, and identify any gaps.

    • Reflection and questioning: Provide statistics and information to stimulate reflection.

Approach

These sessions are not lectures, but opportunities for discussion and reflection. My goal is to make these sessions as interactive as possible to help each participant assess their current situation in relation to their aspirations, through meaningful discussions and the sharing of experiences.
