An invitation sometimes filled with audacity

There are times when, it's stronger than me, I feel a quiet strength inside me, an intuition, that invites me to dare to be bold and talk about delicate subjects... Has this ever happened to you? 

I don't always know where it comes from, but when that little inner light keeps reigniting and coming back to me, I can't ignore it! 

There's usually something important to explore!

A recent example

It was this little intuition that invited me to take a bold leap last week by leading a group coaching session on the theme: "Perceptions & communication - what's the link? " 

In the weeks leading up to this coaching session, my conversations and exchanges all seemed to swirl around the words perceptions and communication... so I wanted to tackle these subjects, which are both delicate, depending on the situation, but oh so important in our everyday lives.

How to open a discussion?

While the gist of the content quickly became clear in my head, it took me a while to figure out how to open up discussion on these topics, so that the conversations were both light and playful, yet deep and powerful. 

To each its own way

I don't claim I had the magic formula, because there are as many ways of approaching a group coaching session as there are coaches. 

Goal achieved?

I do know, however, that the session generated a number of interesting discussions on these two subjects and that, despite the fact that the session was longer than originally planned, people stayed right to the end! 

For me, it's already excellent! 

One step at a time!

Daring to open a discussion on the subject is already a step towards becoming aware of the impact that our perceptions and those of others can have on our interactions and the way we communicate!
